1. Who operates SellQik
SellQik is operated by VITIS BKLN INC, 2040 East 13th Street, Brooklyn, New York 11229, United States. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to reports@sellqik.net.
SellQik provides analytics for connected eBay stores. The service currently includes account access, eBay store connection, listing import, impressions, engagement and conversion, sales, advertising, profitability, Custom Analytics, exports and public report links.
2. Account data
We process the information required to create and secure your SellQik account, such as your name, email address, sign-in method, account group and session information. If you use Google sign-in, Google provides the basic account information needed to authenticate you.
3. Connected eBay data
When you connect a store, eBay asks you to approve the requested permissions through its official OAuth authorization flow. SellQik receives authorization tokens and the store data available under those permissions. SellQik does not receive your eBay password.
4. Store information we process
Depending on data availability and granted permissions, SellQik may process store identifiers, active listings, listing images, prices, quantities, status, traffic and impression reports, views, orders, items sold, revenue, promoted activity, eBay expenses and charges, refunds and related reporting periods.
5. SellQik-generated data
We store calculated metrics, synchronized snapshots, update status, store-type classification, saved Custom Analytics configurations, generated exports and public report links needed to provide the current service. Store-type classification is retained for future analysis but is not currently used to change recommendations.
6. Website analytics and advertising
SellQik uses Google Analytics and Amplitude to understand website and product usage, and Meta Pixel and Google Ads technologies to measure campaigns and build remarketing audiences. These services may process session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information, page interactions, campaign attribution and identifiers used to distinguish users and sessions.
For visitors identified as being in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these analytics and advertising technologies remain disabled until the visitor makes a choice in the compact privacy panel. Visitors in other identified regions receive analytics and advertising technologies automatically. If the region cannot be determined, SellQik uses the consent-first option. Visitors who were shown the panel can reopen Privacy settings and change their choice.
SellQik honors a browser Global Privacy Control signal by disabling advertising tracking for that browser. SellQik determines regional behavior on its server using the request IP address and a locally stored country database. This lookup is used to select the privacy mode; SellQik does not retain the IP address as part of the regional-choice record. IP Geolocation by DB-IP.
7. How data is used
Data is used to authenticate users, maintain the eBay connection, import and refresh available reports, calculate analytics, display listings, save account preferences, generate requested exports and report links, protect the service and diagnose technical problems.
8. Data sharing
Data may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, analytics and advertising providers required to operate, measure and promote SellQik, including eBay, Google, Amplitude, Meta and the hosting provider. A public report is shared only when an account user creates a public link; anyone with that link may be able to view the included report.
9. Retention and control
Connected-store and account data is retained while needed to operate the service, preserve saved analytics and maintain report history. You can revoke SellQik access from eBay, disconnect a store and request access to or deletion of your SellQik account data by emailing reports@sellqik.net from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify the request. Operational logs and backups may remain temporarily where required for security and recovery.
10. California privacy rights
Where California privacy law applies, California residents may request information about, correction of or deletion of personal information and may opt out of sharing or selling personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. SellQik does not sell personal information for money. Advertising identifiers may be shared with advertising providers for campaign measurement and remarketing. To exercise an applicable right, email reports@sellqik.net. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
11. Sources and categories
We collect identifiers and account details from you and authentication providers; marketplace and transaction information from eBay when you authorize access; internet, device and interaction information from your browser and analytics providers; and calculated inferences from store performance data. We use these categories for the purposes described above.
12. Security, children and changes
SellQik uses authenticated sessions and protected server-side storage for connected accounts. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. SellQik is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. Features, providers and retention procedures may change as the service develops; this policy will be updated when those changes affect data handling.
