1. Agreement and operator
These Terms form an agreement between you and VITIS BKLN INC, 2040 East 13th Street, Brooklyn, New York 11229, United States, which operates SellQik. By creating an account or using SellQik, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you use SellQik for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. Current service
SellQik is an analytics service for connected eBay stores. Current features include store authorization, listing import, analytics pages, customizable tables, Custom Analytics, account-saved views, exports and public report links.
3. Free access
The current service can be started without entering payment card details. Free access does not promise that every present feature, limit or access condition will remain unchanged. Any future paid terms will be presented separately before a charge is required.
4. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and may not use another person's eBay store or data without authorization.
5. eBay authorization
Connecting a store requires consent through eBay's official authorization flow. You control the permissions granted to SellQik and may revoke them through eBay. SellQik is an independent service and is not endorsed by eBay. Some features stop working when required permissions or source data are unavailable.
6. Analytics, not guarantees
SellQik calculates and displays analytics from available eBay and account data. Results do not guarantee sales, profit, advertising performance, search position or future marketplace outcomes. Values may be delayed, incomplete or affected by source-report definitions and API availability.
7. Profit and financial metrics
SellQik Profit uses the eBay financial values currently available to the service. It is not a complete accounting profit because it does not automatically include every external business cost, such as purchase cost, payroll, storage or other expenses outside the available eBay data.
8. No automatic listing changes
The current product analyzes connected data. It does not automatically edit listings, change prices, publish products or launch advertising campaigns.
9. Exports and public links
You are responsible for downloaded files and for choosing who receives a public report link. Anyone with an active public link may be able to view the included report, so do not share a link with people who should not have access.
10. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may not attempt to bypass access controls or API limits, interfere with the service, obtain another user's data, use automated activity that harms availability, or use SellQik in violation of applicable law or marketplace rules. SellQik and its software, design and original content remain the property of VITIS BKLN INC and its licensors. You retain ownership of your data and grant us the limited rights needed to process it and provide the service.
11. Availability, suspension and termination
Service features may be corrected, added, limited or removed. SellQik may suspend or terminate access when required for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, breach of these Terms or third-party platform restrictions. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
12. User decisions
You remain responsible for store, pricing, advertising, tax, accounting and business decisions made using SellQik information. Review important financial or legal decisions with an appropriately qualified professional.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellQik is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VITIS BKLN INC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunities arising from the service.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be waived, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to reports@sellqik.net. We may update these Terms as the service develops. The updated date above identifies the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
